Nous Research demonstrated ElevenLabs sound-effect generation inside Hermes Desktop, with looped playback, one-click variations, and a library of generated sounds.
The new plans combine daily, weekly, and monthly allowances, with an additional monthly limit for some expensive models. The Usage page shows reset times. Continuing with purchased credits is optional; switching from a legacy paid plan cannot be reversed.
Nous Research revamped Hermes Agent subscriptions: each new plan includes a cloud agent, and daily and weekly usage limits replace a single monthly block of credits. Existing subscribers can switch through the Nous Portal billing page.
The Advanced Delegation modes plugin lets the Hermes orchestrator choose a different model or Profile for each subagent from configured routes, matching the delegated task to an appropriate setup.

This is the corrected release intended for v0.22.1, which was built from the wrong commit. It restores gateway startup after reboots and improves long local-model turns. Known issue: sessions that ran under the v0.22.1 gateway cannot be deleted in v0.22.2.
This patch introduced Windows Store and plugin-update fixes, model picker changes, and Korean and Brazilian Portuguese language packs. It was built from the wrong commit and included unreleased gateway work; v0.22.2 is the corrected release.
The Threshold Release brings guided first-launch setup with a free trial model, hosted app connectors, one-click local models, signed desktop packages, and a unified package manager. It also adds a 600-plugin catalog, shared gateway/backend processes, and live subagent controls.
Official source installs now follow tagged stable releases, with a Desktop channel selector and an opt-in main channel. Signed reasoning survives resumed sessions, and GitHub update checks handle authentication and regional firewall errors more clearly.
