Nous Research demonstrated ElevenLabs sound-effect generation inside Hermes Desktop, with looped playback, one-click variations, and a library of generated sounds.
The new plans combine daily, weekly, and monthly allowances, with an additional monthly limit for some expensive models. The Usage page shows reset times. Continuing with purchased credits is optional; switching from a legacy paid plan cannot be reversed.
Nous Research revamped Hermes Agent subscriptions: each new plan includes a cloud agent, and daily and weekly usage limits replace a single monthly block of credits. Existing subscribers can switch through the Nous Portal billing page.
The Advanced Delegation modes plugin lets the Hermes orchestrator choose a different model or Profile for each subagent from configured routes, matching the delegated task to an appropriate setup.
Nous Research warned on October 25 that official Hermes mobile apps were not yet available in app stores. It cautioned that third-party apps closely copying Hermes branding are typically fraudulent rather than legitimate community projects.
A stable patch rollup of 81 merged PRs adds a simpler Nous device sign-in, pluggable delegation backends, usage-window plan support, and update recovery fixes. Full curated notes are deferred to v0.23.0; bundled desktop installers do not change in this release.

This is the corrected release intended for v0.22.1, which was built from the wrong commit. It restores gateway startup after reboots and improves long local-model turns. Known issue: sessions that ran under the v0.22.1 gateway cannot be deleted in v0.22.2.
This patch introduced Windows Store and plugin-update fixes, model picker changes, and Korean and Brazilian Portuguese language packs. It was built from the wrong commit and included unreleased gateway work; v0.22.2 is the corrected release.
The Threshold Release brings guided first-launch setup with a free trial model, hosted app connectors, one-click local models, signed desktop packages, and a unified package manager. It also adds a 600-plugin catalog, shared gateway/backend processes, and live subagent controls.
Official source installs now follow tagged stable releases, with a Desktop channel selector and an opt-in main channel. Signed reasoning survives resumed sessions, and GitHub update checks handle authentication and regional firewall errors more clearly.
The first SemVer release from the new stable pipeline rolls up about 2,100 merged PRs for Docker and Hermes Cloud. It hardens dashboard authentication, untrusted Git filters, and email sender checks. Desktop, Termux, and Microsoft Store bundles are unchanged.

v0.21.2 の state.db パッチは、セッションストアのロック競合、誤った破損報告、FTS 障害、壊れた行によるクラッシュ、プロファイル間の DB アクセスを修正します。v0.21.1 後の4日間の安定化も収録しました。

A same-day follow-up to v0.18.1 moves the WhatsApp Baileys bridge dependency from a pinned Git commit to its published npm release. Tagged Hermes Docker builds can now install this dependency reliably.
This infrastructure-focused patch rolls the post-v0.18.0 stability work into a tagged release for Docker images, hosted deployments, and PyPI installs, including installer, dashboard, gateway, WhatsApp, MCP, and provider fixes.
